President of PS:USA,Inc. is Debbie Elbin , a veteran producer of Film and TV.
She has worked both in the US and internationally, for the Hollywood majors and for British and German production companies. She has over 25 years of production experience.
You may have heard her speak at Cannes' CineAlta booth, NATPE, NAB, or at NAT, Moscow.
You may have met her already in Berlin, Rotterdam, St Petersburg, Toronto, Cannes or at AFM.
She has worked with high and low budgets, union and non-union, on 35mm, Super 16mm, and Digitally. Both domestically and internationally.
She has worked with world-renown directors from Bergman to the Wachowskis.
And she was a pioneer of the digital revolution: in 2000, Sidney Lumet turned to her when he wanted to shoot the first series ever on 24p HDTV.
Both Warner Brothers and Sony Pictures Entertainment asked her to evaluate and assess the viability of producing overseas, including using local tax incentives.
And with her international experience, she understand how the international incentives work and how to apply them to work in tandem with the US incentives...
